Petrovirivka

Coordinates: 47°13′48″N 30°20′24″E / 47.23000°N 30.34000°E / 47.23000; 30.34000 Petrovirivka (Ukrainian: Петровірівка) is a village in Shyriayivskyi Raion, Odessa Oblast, Ukraine.

Petrovirivka was founded as Petroverovka (Петроверовка) in 1814,[1] and was then part of Tiraspol uyezd, Kherson Governorate in the Russian Empire. It was named Zhovten (Ukrainian: Жовтень) from 1927 to 2016.

Population of Petrovirivka is 2,954.[2]
