Perum Kadungo ("Palai Paitiya"also"Perum Cheral Irumporai – Aricil Kilar") was Chera ruler based at the city of Vanchi. He does not belonged to neither of the two important ruling clans, the Vanavaramban or the Irumporai. Ilam Kadungo was his son.
