Pamela Meyer Lopker [1] is an American business executive, founder and chairman of software company QAD Inc. Lopker founded the company in 1979 and has been its chairman since incorporation in 1981.[2] Before founding QAD, Lopker worked as Senior Systems Analyst for Comtek Research from 1977 to 1979.

She has been profiled by Forbes Magazine and BusinessWeek and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Los Angeles area in 1996.
