P. H. Paul Manoj Pandian is a politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Cheranmadevi constituency in 2001 election.^[1]

Contribution to the Christian Community

Had been instrumental in obtaining affiliation for the B.ED., Colleges of the CSI Diocese of Tirunelveli and Nagerkoil from the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. Had been instrumental in the establishment of various churches in Cheranmahadevi Assembly Constituency. Had been instrumental for the development of various Christian Schools in Tirunelveli District and obtained funds for the development of the School through the member of Parliament Dr.P.H.Pandian from the year 1999 to 2004. Had been instrumental in the establishment of the Mano College which is a College of the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in Govindaperi Village which was a long pending request of the people of almost 50 village in and around Govindaperi Village, mainly Christians. Has sanctioned Rs.50.00 lakhs as a Member of Raiya Sabha for the construction of buildings for the Mano College in Govindaperi in the interest of the students.
