OuiDo! Productions (previously named Timoon Animation and Genao Productions) is a French-based animation studio. Since their founding, OuiDo! has created multiple successful television series in France and abroad. These include Sonic Boom, Mini-Wolf, and The Legendaries. In 2012, Bagdasarian Productions partnered with OuiDo! Productions to develop the 2015 CG-animated ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks series which was planned start in March 2015 but was pushed to August 2015 in United States on Nick.
History
OuiDo! Productions was founded in May 2003 by Philippe Mounier as Genao Productions and later known as Timoon Animation before taking it current name in 2012 OuiDo! Productions partnered up with American-based Bagdasarian Productions to produce the 2015 ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks with PGS Entertainment.
2003–12: Renamed to Genao Productions
In 2003 the company was renamed to Genao Productions that was only until 2007, since 2012 the company has been known as OuiDo! Productions.
2012–present: Renamed to OuiDo Productions
In 2012 the company was renamed to OuiDo! Productions and is still known as it to present day.
2012–present: Partnered with Bagdasarian Productions
In 2012, Bagdasarian Productions partnered with OuiDo Productions to production the new 2015 series of ALVINNN!!! and the Chipmunks with PGS Entertainment.
2015–present: Alvin and the Chipmunks
The new TV series of Alvin and the Chipmunks started in March 2015 (for United States) and April 2015 for (United Kingdom on Nick Jr. (UK)).
2015–present: Joined Technicolor
On February 25, 2015, Technicolor SA acquired OuiDo! Productions.
