Once a Sinner is a 1950 British drama film directed by Lewis Gilbert.[1]

Plot

Bank clerk John Ross (Jack Watling) loses his heart to former good time girl Irene (Pat Kirkwood (actress)|Pat Kirkwood), and the pair are quickly married. Irene however, is secretly still in love with former sweetheart and counterfeiter Jimmy (Sidney Tafler). Banker Ross will do anything to win Irene's affections - including embezzlement.
