Omiodes surrectalis is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Walker in 1866.[1] It is found in the Democratic Republic of Congo, India, Indonesia (Java, Sulawesi), the Philippines, Sri Lanka, New Guinea[2] and Australia (Queensland).

Adults are brown with dark zigzag lines across the wings.[3]
