Ogden in 1890, and continues to be run by his descendants, the Nutting family.[2][3] It has operations in Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, serving mostly small markets.[4]
