JSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port is Russia's largest commercial sea port operator.[1] The company is headquartered in the city of Novorossiysk on the Black Sea coast.[2] The company operates the Port of Novorossiysk

Overview

The company provides stevedoring services, including shipment of oil and oil products, other liquid cargo, dry bulk cargo and general cargo. It provides tug, towing and mooring services for vessels in and around the Novorossiysk seaport, and also provides emergency, hazardous materials response and waste management services at the Port.[2]

In 2006, the company handled 20% of Russia's maritime exports and imports, according to the Association of Russian Sea Ports.[3] It is the largest commercial sea port in Russia and the 6th largest in Europe.[4] The company's stock is listed at London Stock Exchange and the Moscow Exchange.[4]

Revenue in 2008 was $653 mln, while net profit was $95 mln.[4]
