Novell BrainShare

Novell BrainShare was a technical conference sponsored by Novell. It was held annually in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2008, after more than 20 years of the conference,[1] Novell announced that BrainShare 2009 would be canceled.[2]

Novell announced that BrainShare Salt Lake City would return in March 2010,[3] along with announcing BrainShare EMEA, to be held in May in Amsterdam, Netherlands.[4]

BrainShare 2011 was held in October, and covered products from the Novell, NetIQ, and SUSE product groups.

BrainShare 2012 was skipped in order to move the date to mid-winter, the timeframe preferred by attendees.

BrainShare 2013 is planned for February 4–7 at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

BrainShare 2014 is planned for November 2-5, 2014 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. [5]
