The Northern Territories Federation of Labour, or NTFL is chartered by the Canadian Labour Congress which represents workers in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

The NTFL was founded on May 17, 1980. It currently has over 10,000 members representing more than a dozen affiliated unions in the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.^[1]
