Nick Disbray

Nick Disbray is an Australian singer, author, solo artist, composer, and author of Fairy Tales and Adventure stories.

Formerly known as a member of 1980s rock group Big Pig, where he was male lead vocalist. Nick Disbray was born in Brighton, England and moved to Melbourne, and lived in St Kilda for half of his life.

Following the demise of Big Pig in 1990, Disbray released the solo album Yep! in 1994. "The Jazz Album" was released on the same year. The beginning of Nick Disbray's solo career marked a new era for him to explore and refine his songwriting.

1998 saw the release of the GIRL album, which was largely a funk record.

In 2015, Disbray released FREE and HERE albums.

In late 2015, he published two books on Amazon, "The Rifleman and The Fisherman", An Epic Tale of Adventure, and "The Tales Of Mandolina - Volume One", A book of Fairy Tales reminiscent of the style of Hans Christian Andersen.
