Newton Edward Miller

Newton Edward Miller (March 1, 1919 – December 13, 2012)[1] was an American politician.

From East Orange, New Jersey, Miller served as Mayor of Wayne, New Jersey from 1969 until 1982. Miller also served as a New Jersey General Assembly from 1981 until 1989.

He also holds the distinction of being the Boy Scout's first Eagle Scout from New Jersey.

He died in Venice, Florida on December 13, 2012.
