New Sétif Stadium is 50,000 capacity stadium currently under construction in Sétif, Algeria. It is due to open in 2018.

Construction

The new stadium the capital of the Hautes Plaines will be the "standards" of FIFA whether for its measurements or for lighting, safety or the seats reserved for media. With annexes including a hostel, with 200 beds, a conference room and parking for 6,000 seats, it will cover 75 hectares.

The future stronghold of Black and White include an Olympic swimming pool, an equestrian center, athletics stadium with bleachers for 3,000 seats, three replicas courses, a hotel (4 stars) with 200 beds, a restaurant with 400 seats, auditorium 400 seats, a media area, parking with 6,000 seats and other equipment. It should also be clear that the future complex, which will be located in Ain Romane (outskirts of Setif), not far from the future industrial mega-area of 700 hectares, will boost the labor market, since it will generate hundreds of workstations.

According to local officials, the stadium will be delivered in "36 months". The realization was entrusted to the public company Cosider and the Spanish company Sacyr at a cost of almost 30 billion dinars.[1]
