The National Collegiate Athletic Association - South is an athletic association of colleges and universities mostly coming from NCR and CALABARZON regions of the Philippines. It was established on 1999 by sister schools of the NCAA.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)-South is an offshoot of the NCAA-Manila. To date NCAA-South has twelve member schools: First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities, Colegio De San Juan De Letran-Calamba, De La Salle Lipa, Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas, Philippine Christian University-Dasmariñas, San Pablo Colleges, University of Perpetual Help System-Laguna, Don Bosco Technical College-Mandaluyong, San Beda-Alabang, University of Batangas and Saint Francis of Assisi College-Alabang. And in the 15th season, the league officially welcomed its new member school, Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite.

The 17th season of the NCAA-South started last August 20, 2015, with the theme, "Sama-Samang Tagumpay Tungo sa Makabagong Ka-Arribang Panahon", hosted by the Colegio De San Juan De Letran.

On September 8, 2016, host school First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH) will open Season 18 with the theme "Let's Keep the Flame Ablaze."
