Não-Me-Toque (lit. Don't-Touch-Me) is a municipality in the state Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Não-Me-Toque saw an influx on Dutch migration after the Second World War. This followed on from earlier migration to the municipality at the end of the nineteenth and early twentieth century, that consisted largely of German and Italian immigrants. The year 2000 saw Não-Me-Toque start a program called the Aquarius Project which seeks to develop the latest precision agricultural techniques to improve farming yields. Other partners in the project include; Stara, Massey Ferguson, Cotrijal, Yara and the Federal University of Santa Maria.
