Mukhtar Abraruly Qul-Mukhammed (Kazakh: Мұхтар Абрарұлы Құл-Мұхаммед) is a statesman and a political figure of Kazakhstan, First Deputy Chairman of "Nur Otan" party.[1]

Biography

He was born in Chuguchak, China. In 1961, Kul-Mukhammed's family returned to their historic homeland – Kazakhstan, village Makanchi which is a district of Semipalatinsk region (nowadays village Makanchi, Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan Region).
