Mudaraba

In Islamic finance, mudaraba is a trust financing contract. Mudaraba is an Islamic contract type similar to western equivalent of General and Limited Partnership. Where Mudarib, performs the duties of General partner, such as management and oversight of the investment of project and "rabb-ul-mal" will have the rights and benefits of the limited partner.[1][2]
