Moyu (Karakax) County or Qaraqash County (Chinese: 墨玉县, Pinyin: Mòyù Xiàn; Uyghur: قاراقاش ناھىيىسى, Қарақаш Наһийиси, ULY: Qaraqash Nahiyisi, UYY: K̡arak̡ax Nah̡iyisi?)[1] is a county within the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is under the administration of the Hotan Prefecture. It contains an area of 25,667 km2. According to the 2002 census, it has a population of 420,000.

Transportation

Pishan is served by China National Highway 315 and the Kashgar-Hotan Railway.
