Miranda Borman

Miranda Louise Borman (born 5 March 1981) is a British television and stage actress. Borman first gained prominence in the late 1980s with roles in Doctor Who (as Stellar in the 1987 Sylvester McCoy story Dragonfire) and the London West End run of the musical Les Miserables (as Young Cosette).

Borman's family later moved to Australia where she continued to pursue acting, being nominated in 1999 for a Music Theatre Guild of Victoria award for a community theatre production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. Borman later studied at the University of Melbourne where she participated in student theatre[1] and graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Creative Arts – Theatre.

Borman returned to the UK from Australia in 2008 and is currently based in Bristol.
