The Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Міністерство охорони здоров'я України) is the main body in the system of central bodies of the executive power. It is fully based on the former Ministries of Healthcare. The ministerial post was vacant since April 14th, 2016 (the date the Groysman Government was formed).[2] Naturalized Ukrainian American Ulana Suprun was appointed acting Minister on July 27th, 2016.[1] On July 11th, 2015 President Petro Poroshenko conferred Suprun Ukrainian citizenship.[3]

Structures

The ministry consists of the central body of ministry headed by its leadership composed of the Minister of Healthcare, his/hers first deputy, and other deputies in assistance to the minister. Part of ministry compose several state administrations that are specialized in certain field and coordinate operations of government companies.
