Mimi Keene (born 5 August 1998)[1] is a British actress, known for her role as Cindy Williams in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.[2] Keene studied at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts from 2009-2014 [3] and can be seen on CBBC School for Stars, which shows inside the school and life of some of the pupils.

Career

Keene's career began on the stage, making her professional debut playing Janey in Kin at The Royal Court Theatre from 19 November to 23 December 2010.[4][5][6] That year, Keene also appeared in the Christmas television advertisement for Matalan.. In 2013, Keene appeared in CBBC's Sadie J as Brandy May Lou and in Our Girl as Jade Dawes[7] In 2016, Keene appeared in an episode of Casualty as Lana Westmore. Mimi Keene is set to play Megan in a short film, The Escape in 2017.[8]
