History
The building was constructed as a townhouse in the 18th century.[1]
The hotel comprises 336 bedrooms, several corporate boardrooms and a ballroom.[1] The hotel's Pine Bar was the site of the poisoning of Alexander Litvinenko in 2006.[2]
