Mike Lang was Chief Executive Officer of Miramax Films. He resigned March 16th, 2012

Lang was a former News Corp. executive. In that job he had a hand in acquiring MySpace and starting up Hulu. Lang was a consultant on the deal for Filmyard Holdings to purchase Miramax Films from Walt Disney Company. At closing he was named CEO of Miramax Films.[1][2]
