Michael Dietz (born February 10, 1971) is an American actor and producer.
Career
In 2005, Michael formed Lucky Butterfly Productions, a film and television company.[1]
As a producer, Michael was the Executive Producer for GSN'S "The Line" and the Co-Executive producer for SyFy's "Geeks Who Drink". His producing credits include Co-Executive producer for Celebrity Apprentice, Co-Executive producer for NBC/Mark Burnett's "Stars Earn Stripes", Co-Executive producer for Tru TV's "Killer Karaoke", Supervising producer for NBC'S "Minute To Win It", Supervising Producer for Discovery Channel's "One Man Army", Producer for FOOD Network's "Chefs vs City" and NBC'S "Great American Road Trip" as well as a challenge consultant for ABC'S Wipeout and a challenge producer for season ten of Big Brother. He also produced the feature film Born that showed at the Cannes Film Festival and was released by Lionsgate.
As an actor, Dietz had guest stints on prime time shows Wasteland, Charmed, Beverly Hills, 90210, The Drew Carey Show and Baywatch, and starring roles as Alan-Michael Spaulding on Guiding Light and Joe Scanlon on Port Charles and guest appearances on House and CSI.
Michael is also the co-inventor of the board game Bubblebrain[2] which has won several awards including Family Fun Magazine's Toy Of The Year.[3] His latest game, "Life's A Pitch" was released last year.
Personal life
Dietz is married to actress Paige Rowland.[4] They have one child together.
