Memorial Medical Center is an acute care, Magnet hospital in Springfield, Illinois, that offers both inpatient and outpatient services. Memorial has been a teaching hospital affiliated with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine since 1970 in order to provide training for medical residents.

Services include heart and vascular, orthopedic, behavioral health, cancer, burn, transplant, maternity, emergency and trauma and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

The Southern Illinois Trauma Center (SITC) at Memorial is the only Level 1 Trauma center in the region that offers a team of surgeons, nurses and support staff who live and work in central Illinois. Memorial nurses are trained specifically to help treat the most critical injuries.

Memorial Medical Center is an affiliate of Memorial Health System.
