The Melanesian flycatcher (Myiagra caledonica) is a species of bird in the monarch-flycatcher family Monarchidae. The species is sometimes known as the New Caledonian flycatcher. The species is found on islands in Melanesia. The species is closely related to a number of species found from Australia to Samoa.

Description

The species is 13 to 14 cm (5.1–5.5 in) long and weighs 10 to 12 g (0.35–0.42 oz). The plumage is sexually dimorphic.
