Meagan Smith (born March 28, 1986 in Glendale, California) is a live film and voice actress. She played Chrissy on ER as a guest. She also voices the character of ten-year-old Gwen Tennyson on the Cartoon Network's show Ben 10, and the movies Ben 10: Secret of the Omnitrix and Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens, and voiced Rachel, the girlfriend of Tommy Pickles, in the Nickelodeon show All Grown Up!.
