Mary Donaghy (Jessica Mary "Jessie" Donaghy; born 7 December 1939 in Thames, New Zealand) is a former New Zealand high jumper.

At the 1958 British Empire and Commonwealth Games she won the silver medal in the women's high jump. She placed 5th in the women's long jump, and was part of the women's 4 by 110 yard relay team that placed 4th overall.

She competed at the 1956 Olympic Games in the high jump where she came 7th (jumped the same height as silver medalist but lost on countback). First woman to jump over her own height. 5'3" jumped 5'7 1/2".
