Martin "Marty" Flynn (born September 18, 1975) is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.[2] He was elected in 2012 to replace Kevin P. Murphy.[3] He serves on the Aging and Older Adult Services, Consumer Affairs, Commerce, and State Government Committees. On October 15, 2014, Flynn was involved in a shootout that resulted from a botched armed robbery near the capitol.[4]
