Manuel Rafael Huerta Ladrón de Guevara (born 12 July 1960) is a Mexican politician and lawyer affiliated with the PT. He currently serves as Deputy of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the Federal District. He was also Member of the Chamber of Deputies between 1991 and 1994 and one of the founder members of the Party of the Democratic Revolution.[1]
