Makronia is a census town in Sagar district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
Demographics
As of 2001 India census,[1] Makronia had a population of 14,386. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Makronia has an average literacy rate of 73%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 80%, and female literacy is 65%. In Makronia, 16% of the population is under 6 years of age.
