A Maheshwari (Sanskrit: माहेश्वरी) is a follower of Maheshwarism, a religion which originated during in the 3133 BCE in the Rajasthan region of the Indian subcontinent. The Khandela Marwad, Rajasthan region is the historic homeland of the Maheshwaris, although significant communities exist around the world.
