Magic Carpet Bus

The Magic Carpet Bus system serves the Town of Enfield, Connecticut. The service began in January 2013, and operates on two routes, the Blue Line and the Yellow Line. Blue Line service typically begins at 7 AM and ends at 11 PM and Yellow Line service typically begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 6:30 PM, Monday though Friday. The Blue Line also operates 7 AM to 9 PM on Saturday.^[1]

Enfield Transit also operates ADA Paratransit within 3/4 miles of a fixed route for persons who cannot use the fixed route service due to a disability.

Full Adult fare is $1.30, with Youth discount fares (for persons 5 to 18 years old) being $1.05, and the fare for Seniors and Disabled People being $0.65. Unlimited Use passes for 1, 3, 5, 7, or 31 days can be purchased; only the 31-day pass is available at the senior discount.^[2] Asnuntuck Community College students ride for free.^[3]
