Machine-to-Machine Intelligence (M2Mi) Corp, based in the NASA Research Park in Moffett Federal Airfield, provides the essential platform for the M2M and Internet of Things economy. M2Mi was founded in 2006 by Geoff Brown.[1]
As an IBM Cloud and Global Partner,[2] M2Mi's M2M Intelligence® platform is available as a cloud offering from the IBM Cloud Marketplace.[3] M2Mi is a founding member of the OASIS MQTT standards group[4] and Geoff Brown chairs the security sub-committee.[5]
Technology
M2Mi's M2M Intelligence® platform[6] provides the essential M2M and IoT platform to globally connect, manage, secure and perform in-stream analysis to quickly monetize an organization's connected assets.[7] With a strong focus on security and privacy, the platform includes a patented Lockbox[8] security solution for cyber-physical critical infrastructure protection as well as secure exchange of digital information.[9]
With its global partnership with Vodafone,[10] M2Mi is able to provide bandwidth and connectivity services across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States.[11]

- M2Mi Announced as Winner of the IoT/M2M Innovation World Cup 2014/2015 in the Security Category.[12]
- M2Mi is recognized as a 2014 Gartner Cool Vendor for Managing OT in a Digital Business.[13] Gartner views digital business the creation of new business designs by blurring the digital and physical worlds.[14] Managing Operational Technology (OT) is a critical component of this alignment between physical and digital (IT) worlds.[15]
- M2Mi is awarded the M2M Evolution IoT Excellence award for platform innovation.[16]
