Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu Football Club is a football club based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. They currently play in the third-tier division in Malaysian football, the Malaysia FAM League.[1] Founded in 2016,Their home is the 22,000-seat Sultan Muhammad IV stadium.[2]

The club is managed by the Youth and Sports Department (Urusetia Belia dan Sukan) of the Kota Bharu Municipal Council, and is not affiliated with Kelantan FA.
