Luke Janssen

Luke Janssen (born 25 July 1975) is the winner of the 2009 world whistling competition.[1][2] The International Whistlers Convention holds the competition annually in Louisburg, North Carolina.

Luke's whistling is unique as he uses his tongue and roof of his mouth rather than his lips in the more common pucker style

In his professional life, Janssen is CEO and founder of Tigerspike, a technology driven personal media company. He also competed in the 2004 Sydney to Hobart race on the Abbot Tout yacht.

He was educated at King George V School (Hong Kong), United World College of South East Asia in Singapore, and at King's College London (BSc Computer Science with Management, 1997).
