Luca Maestri (born October 14, 1963) is the Senior Vice president and Chief Financial Officer at Apple Inc.[3]

Education

Luca Maestri has a Bachelor of Economics from Luiss University in Rome and Master of Science in Management from Boston University.

Career

Before Apple

The first global company where Luca Maestri worked was the General Motors. After that, in 2009, he worked at Nokia Siemens Networks and at Xerox as a CFO.

Apple

In 2013, after working at Apple Inc. as vice president of Finance and corporate controller, he was appointed CFO of Apple Inc.[4][5][6] Along with being the Chief Financial Officer he will also assume the responsibility of Principal Accounting Officer. Upon being appointed CFO, he was issued 6,337 restricted stock units currently (worth approximately $4 million). Maestri's official salary is $1 million but he is eligible for Apple's performance-based cash bonus program which increases his salary. In 2014, he took in a salary of $14 million. In 2015, he took in a salary of $25.3 million.[7]
