Loredana Sparano (born 12 May 1995) is a former female water polo goalkeeper of Italy. She was part of the Italian team at the 2013 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona, Spain and 2012 World League in Changshu, Cina.[1]

Career

When she was young to start with swimming, winning various medals and decided to practice a team sport. She started with water polo and 6 months later she participated in national finals under 17 in Trieste at the age of 11 years. She won other medals in various nationals final like in Rapallo, Viterbo, Padova, San Prisco, Forsinone. At the last year of high school she moved to Rome for one year and later moved to Messina. She left Sicily to play now in Rari Nantes Bologna squad.

Since the age of 14 years he has participated in many events with the youth national team winning the bronzo medal at the European Championships in Chelyabinsk (Russia) in 2012 and the silver medal at the European Championships in Ostia in 2014. She attended the commercial school and now he studies at the University of Naples. She loves to travel, watch movies, go fishing, play video games and cards, cooking and listening to music, sometimes read. She practiced other sports such as Karate, volleyball, swimming, basketball.
