My Sesame Street Home Video

The first collection of Sesame Street videos by Random House was "My Sesame Street Home Video", featuring both original linking footage and inserts from the show. Most of the VHS releases originally came with activity booklets, though they were later discontinued. These videos began with an animated sequence where Cookie Monster ate the logo,(although he didn't eat the whole logo, he only took one bite of it). followed by Big Bird reading the title of the video. The closing credits sequence for most of these releases featured an illustration of Cookie Monster holding a chalkboard with the credits displayed, with the harmonica closing theme.
