This is a list of episodes of the continuation of the sixteenth season of the Pokémon animated series, broadcasting in Japan under the title Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes! Season 2: Decolora Adventure (ポケットモンスター ベストウイッシュ シーズン2 デコロラアドベンチャー Poketto Monsutā Besuto Uisshu Shīzun Tsū Dekorora Adobenchā) and internationally as Pokémon: Black & White: Adventures in Unova and Beyond (advertised as Pokémon: BW: Adventures in Unova and Beyond), where it is a second part of the previous season. Da! as it is abbreviated in Japan continues off from the previous season known in Japan as Pocket Monsters: Best Wishes! Season 2: Episode N and features protagonist Ash Ketchum and his friends Cilan and Iris as they traverse the Decolore Islands (デコロラ諸島 Dekorora Shotō). Ash makes his way back to Kanto with Iris joining so she can become a better Dragon Master and Cilan planning on improving his Connoisseur skills with Kanto Pokémon.

The Japanese opening song is "Summerly Slope" by Daisuke. The ending song is "Let's Join Hands" by Shiritsu Ebisu Chugaku. The English opening song is "It's Always you and Me" by Neal Coomer and Kathryn Raio.

Overview

The division between seasons of Pokémon is based on the English version openings of each episode, and may not reflect the actual production season. The English episode numbers are based on their first airing in the United States either in syndication on Cartoon Network, or in Canada on the YTV TV channel. Other English-speaking nations largely follow either this order or the Japanese order.

The first episode of this season aired on April 25, 2013, in Japan and premiered in the United States on July 27, 2013. The international broadcasters consider this to be a part of the previous season Black & White: Adventures in Unova, but it is separated here due to the same change in titles as in the Japanese broadcasts.

Iris and Cilan decide to go with him to further their skills, and Professor Juniper charters all of them a cruise through the Decolore Islands on a boat with a mysterious crew. Once settled in their cabins, however, Ash finds that they are locked in and their Pokémon are not with them.

As Ash and his friends prepare for the upcoming Marine Cup Tournament on board their new cruise ship, the group learns that Mrs. Ripple, a jewel collector, will display her collection after the tournament, but upon the tournament's conclusion she discovers that her rare Eye of Liepard has been stolen. She suspects Mr. Shaw who is a businessman and jewel collector that has been asking to buy the Eye of Liepard from her even though it was watched over by her Watchog all night. Cilan takes on his detective role once more to discover the thief of the Eye of Liepard.

Ash, Iris, and Cilan enter Pignite, Dragonite, and Pansage in the tournament to win the grand prize Focus Band.

When they find her Dragonite, Iris's Dragonite takes an instant dislike to it and the two fight, hampering Clair's plans to find the different-colored Druddigon on the other side of the island from the port.

When he heads to the local Pokémon Center, he meets up with a Pokémon Doctor named Takeshi, although neither of them know that they have both met Satoshi.
