List of After War Gundam X episodes
The list of episodes in After War Gundam X was written as a quotation by the characters of the series. From episodes 1-26, the first opening theme is "DREAMS" by Romantic Mode. From episodes 1-13 and 39, the first ending theme is "HUMAN TOUCH" by Warren Wiebe. From episodes 14-26, the second ending theme is "HUMAN TOUCH" (Japanese Version) by re-kiss. From episodes 26-39, the second opening theme is "Resolution" by Romantic Mode. From episodes 27-38, the third ending theme is Gin'iro Horizon (銀色Horizon Silver Horizon) by Satomi Nakase.

| Garrod Ran is hired by an unknown individual to rescue from The Vultures a mysterious young girl; Tiffa Adill. Garrod infiltrates The Freeden ship and gets away with Tiffa. Noticing Tiffa's fearful reaction to those who hired him, Garrod flees with Tiffa to an old ex-Federation base and comes across to a GX-9900 Gundam X. After battling the mysterious man, The Freeden arrives with two Gundams types to recapture Tiffa. | ||

| Garrod uses Tiffa to escape from The Gundams. After taking a rest, many Vultures surround him and start battling him, only for The Freeden to resume its attack and recapture Tiffa with the mercenaries Witz Sou and Roybea Loy in their GW-9800 Gundam Airmaster and GT-9600 Gundam Leopard respectively. When things are looking grim, with the help of Tiffa, Garrod reveals GX's horrible power. | ||

| After firing the weapon, Garrod is captured by the Captain of The Freeden, Jamil Neate. Later on, Alternative Company' Owner hires Shagia Frost to bring back Tiffa. When a skirmish between mobile suits moves near The Freeden position, they are obliged to intervene to protect the ship from any damage. | ||

| After Tiffa's condition is worsened, Jamil commands to return to the Alternative Company to find the cure but is questioned by his crew of his motives. After explaining who he was and what his intentions with Tiffa were, the crew agrees to follow him, but Witz and Roybea decide to leave the ship. Jamil asks for help to other fellow Vultures and makes a plan, but is betrayed by the mobile suit's pilot they saved, Olba, when he kidnaps Tiffa and flees. | ||

| Shagia Frost attempted to destroy all the Vultures while his brother Olba deliver Tiffa to Von Alternative but fails because of Garrod's intervention with the GX. After Olba returns to the battlefield, he joins his brother and tries to capture the GX but Garrod is saved by Witz and Roybea in their Gundam. While Von Alternative tries to get rid of everybody with his long-range MA-06 Grandeene, Tiffa awakens and with the help of Jamil and Garrod in the GX fires the Satellite Cannon to destroy the Mobile Armor. | ||

| Garrod finally joins The Freeden but has a hard time with the crew. Meanwhile a vulture name Ennil El, sets her eyes on the Gundam GX and tries to capture it when Garrod leaves with it without telling anyone. After arriving to an old Nuclear Power Plant, Garrod's battle Ennil on the facility which is easily damaged and ready to explode. After Ennil withdraws, Jamil arrives in a MS to warn Garrod to do the same but they are caught in the explosion. | ||

| Jamil is badly injured and because of that the crew is mad at Garrod. While Ennil's comrades were looking for The Freeden, they find Witz's gold only for him to appear to recover it. After Garrod flees from the Freeden he sets up an auction for the GX and unknowing who Ennil was, he sells it to her. | ||

| Ennil is determined to be an enemy by Garrod. Witz is able to escape the siege of Zakoot Dattonel's forces that wanted his gold, thanks to an unknown plane. While Garrod is in the city, he is tailed and almost killed by a vulture, but is saved by the Frost Brothers, only for them to tell Garrod to keep being the pilot of the GX. Meanwhile Ennil attacks The Freeden to attract Garrod, which is successful, but the Frost brothers go to provoke him to use the GX more. | ||

| After Garrod arrives, The Freeden escapes the fire and goes into a lake where Zakoot is waiting to siege it again. When the Frost brothers finish with the vultures they go to the lake and continue the fight with Wiz and Roybea while Garrod fights Ennil. Jamil tells his crew to back away and signals the GX for a plan. The Frost brothers retreat and as soon as the moon appears, it emits the microwave beam, and the GX backs away, so that the beam hits the lake, creating an explosion and destroying Zakoot's ship along with it. The water vaporizes suddenly and rises up to the clouds and creates a temporal rainfall. | ||

| In the northern territory of North America, the leader of the town Fort Severn, Nomoa Long and his subordinate Newtype, Carris Nautilus, gives a speech to the people. Meanwhile The Freeden heads to Fort Severn to meet the Newtype but are ambushed by him in his RMSN-008 Bertigo. The GX battles Bertigo but is quickly overwhelm and defeated because of Garrod's inexperience and Carris's ability as a Newtype. | ||

| Tiffa is taken by Carris after she agrees to go with him in exchange of Garrod's life. After the battle ended, Kid start repairing the gundams and Jamil takes Garrod to a Frozen lake. Later, the Frost brothers attack the Freeden to destroy their Gundams only to be stopped by Garrod's upgraded GX-9900-DV Gundam X Divider. | ||

| Garrod's upgraded gundam defeats the Frost brothers and Shagia is badly injured. Garrod read the news and goes to Fort Severn to secretly enter the base. There he sees Ennil talking with Nomoa Long and learn that Carris is an Artificial Newtype, that Nomoa was a former scientist for the Space Revolutionary Army and his real name was Professor Dorat but he is soon discovered and runs into Carris and Tiffa. Meanwhile the Freeden is attacked by Olba Frost, who wants revenge for his brother. | ||

| When Garrod escapes with Tiffa, he sees Jamil piloting the GX and watches how easily wins against Carris's Bertigo. Carris retreats and later confronts Nomoa. He goes to the Frieden to battle only Garrod but this time he loses. | ||

| The Bertigo is taken into the Freeden and Carris is brought in for medical assistance but later on he is caught by Ennil and returned to Fort Severn. Nomoa activates the Patulia using Carris Newtype abilities destroy the city. As soon as the Freeden notice the big Mobile Armor above the city, the gundams are dispatched but the overwhelming power of the Patulia don't let them get near it, so Jamil set off in the rebuilt Bertigo with Tiffa and along with Wiz and Roybea, clear a path for Garrod to stop the MA and rescue Carris. At the end Carris decides to stay in the city to rebuild it. | ||

| The Crew of the Freeden take a break at the beach. Meanwhile, Tiffa senses that something is calling her and goes further offshore, the crew see Tiffa and go after her. When Garrod and Wiz reach Tiffa's boat they see Orcs's ships far ahead and getting near. While Garrod tries to battle underwater, dolphins appear and save him from the missiles then he is able to escape. Later at night, Garrod watches astonished the beam from the satellite system being fire to another place. | ||

| After deciding to investigate the place where it was fire the beam, the team learn of a white dolphin with special power like a Newtype. The Freeden resupply offshore and learn about the D-Navi System and how its being use by Doza Bale so they decide to save the white dolphin. Doza Bale's fleet engages the Freeden, Garrod battles underwater, Wiz is taken down and had to fight alongside Garrod. In the amidst of the battle, the white dolphin save Garrod and Wiz, destroy Doza Bale's fleet while Roybea is finally able to fight and back up the rest. | ||

| While on a recovery mission in the Sea of Lorelei, Olba Frost and an Orc captain named Marcus Guy come across a mysterious woman in a sealed container resting on the bottom of the ocean floor. Unsure as to who she is, Olba contacts his brother for information, and as the two brothers try to resolve what is going on the Orc submarine that Olba is on encounters the Freeden. Led by Tiffa, the Freeden comes under attack by the Orc ship and its mobile suits, the Gundams holding out till Olba enters the battle in his own Gundam. Captured by the massive scissor claws of the Ashtaron, Garrod is helpless in its grasp till all power to his mobile suits and those around him mysteriously shuts off. While on the bridge of the Freeden, Tiffa stands before Jamil and introduces herself as Lucille Liliant. | ||

| Free of the hold of the Ashtaron and of the mysterious power, Garrod lands a crippling blow to the Orc submarine, forcing it to surface and withdrawal along with Olba Frost. Going back to the Freeden, he learns that Tiffa has become possessed by the mind and power of a Newtype stronger than her, they mysterious woman on the Orc ship and the former instructor to Jamil Neate. She revels to all what happened to her 15 years ago shortly before the end of the war, and the crew agree to help Jamil free her from the ship and her capsule. Turning over control of the Gundam X Divider to Jamil, Garrod instead takes charge on the bridge of the Freeden for a short time, allowing Jamil to take part personally in the rescue of his friend. After defeating the Orc mobile suits, causing enough damage to their sub for them to abandon ship, the Gundam Pilots of the Freeden are faced with a new challenge as a large unknown force appears over the horizon. | ||
