Charinda Lishan Perera (born 3 July 1994) is a Sri Lankan author.[1]

Biography

Lishan wrote his first short story at the age of six. He became one of Sri Lanka's youngest published authors at the age of twelve, and went onto publish four books between 2006 and 2010.

One of his short stories was also selected to be published in a Daily News Anthology titled Nothing Grows Under the Banyan Tree in October 2007.[2]

In May 2008, Lishan was invited to speak as a panelist in a forum at the World Book Fair, Singapore[3]

He attended the Colombo International School.
