Lisa Phillips (civil servant)

Lisa Kathleen Phillips CBE is the Governor of Saint Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha, she took up her post on 26 April 2016.[1] She was previously DFID, Kenya, Head of Office.[2]

Phillips was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 2016 Birthday Honours for services to international aid.[3]
