Lillis (formerly, Sans Tache)^[2] is a former settlement in Fresno County, California.^[1] It was located on the railroad 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Laton,^[2] at an elevation of 253 feet (77 m).^[1] Lillis still appeared on maps as of 1927.^[1]

The name honors Simon C. Lillis, ranch superintendent.^[2] A post office operated at Lillis from 1890, to 1900 when the service transferred to Laton.^[2]
