Lepidoblepharis buchwaldii is a species of gecko endemic to Ecuador.[1]

Etymology

The specific name, buchwaldi, is in honor of Otto von Buchwald (1843–1934), a German engineer, anthropologist, and naturalist, who worked in Ecuador.[2]

Description

The holotype of L. buchwaldi measured 48 mm (1.9 in) in total length, of which body made 23 mm (0.91 in).[3]
