Leeds Gryphons Baseball Club, also known as Leeds University Union Baseball Club, was founded in December 2014 by Christopher Bowen, Jacob Davies and Matthew Jackson at the University of Leeds.[1] The team competes in the Northern University baseball league. This is the second baseball club at the University of Leeds after the 2009-2011 Leeds Oaks University Baseball Club, which was a member of the British University Baseball Association.[2] The Leeds Gryphons currently play their home games at the Leeds Headingley Campus.
