Leadership Series is the flagship event of Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune, held for Master of Business Administration students in India. The event is held for a duration of three days during the first week of September and consists of various pre-events such as debates, quizzes, model United Nations followed by lectures from distinguished personalities in the area of international business on the concluding day.

Since 2003, SIIB Leadership Series has been a forerunner in spotting trends and business opportunities by inviting relevant dignitaries to interact with students and discuss issues of international concern with prime focus on India. The dignitaries and prominent speakers that have attended the occasion in the past include Homi Khusrokhan, Managing Director, Tata Tea (2003); Adi Godrej, Chairman, Godrej Group (2004); Arun Kumar Purwar, Chairman, State Bank of India (2005); Bala Swaminathan, Managing Director, Standard Chartered (2006); T R Doongaji, Managing Director, Tata Services (2007); R Balki, Chairman, Lowe Lintas (2008); P P Chabria, Chairman, Finolex Cables (2009); Sachin Pilot, Minister of State, IT and Communication (2010); Dr Namperumalsamy, Chairman, Aravind Eye Hospital (2011) and Dr.Talmiz Ahmad, Former Ambassador to Saudi Arabia (2012).

In 2009, SIIB Leadership Series was jointly organised with The Economic Times with the theme, 'The Entrepreneurial Spirit'. P P Chhabria, Chairman of the Rs 4,000 crore Finolex Group,inspired the students with his keynote address by sharing his 'rags-to-riches' story. Other speakers like Ravi Pandit, Chairman and Group CEO, KPIT Cummins and Navin Suri, CEO, ING Investments, also attended the event.

In 2010, the theme was 'Taking over the mantle'.Sachin Pilot, the keynote speaker addressed the students on how they could draw inspiration and learning from various senior political leaders.Other speakers for the event included Rajiv Bajaj and Anu Aga.

The 2012 edition of Leadership Series focused on the business opportunities in West Asia under the theme "Rediscovering the Middle East". This theme was conceptualized in the wake of the Arab Spring, which was then the center of attention for the whole world and thereby posing serious ramifications in the business scenario.

Leadership Series 2013 had the theme "Africa:Shining With Possibilities". It focused on Bilateral trade opportunities between India and Africa.

SIIB Leadership Series is widely covered by almost all media platforms each year. In 2010, it was covered by Business Standard.[2] An article about the 2010 Leadership Series was also published in The Times of India.[3] Among the online portals, indianpressrelease.com[4] updated the event of 2012.
