Lance S. Russell[2] (born November 8, 1979) is an American politician and a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives representing District 30 since January 2009.[3] Rep. Russell is well known for his very stirring speeches from the House floor, often changing the debate as well as the result of the vote.
