Kyung-hee, also spelled Kyong-hui, is a Korean feminine given name. The meaning differs based on the hanja used to write each syllable of the name. There are 54 hanja with the reading "kyung" and 25 hanja with the reading "hee" on the South Korean government's official list of hanja which may be registered for use in given names.[1] Kyung-hee was the ninth-most popular name for baby girls in South Korea in 1950, rising to third place by 1960.[2]
